ORDERING PROCEDURE

All orders are to be placed on the Bridgestone Europe intranet by authorized Bridgestone European staff, authorized distributors or authorized export partners.

All the information required to process your order accurately should be completely filled in for the order to be accepted and processed.

TERMS OF SALES

For all orders on the Employee shop payment upfront by credit card is required. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the Ogone payment portal.

All prices include standard delivery services and are including VAT.

Items will be invoiced in EURO.

PURCHASE ORDER

Minimum purchase order value must exceed € 50.

PRODUCTS

Products are subject to change without notice.

PRICES

Most prices are calculated according to the US Dollar and may vary accordingly depending on the exchange rate fluctuations.

Raw material price fluctuations can also have an influence.

DELIVERY

Employee deliveries will be grouped. Your order will be sent at the end of each month. All orders will be delivered within 5 working days.

BACKORDERS

If any item is temporarily out of stock, the remaining backorders will be sent to you with your next order once the items are back in stock or within 1 month if there is no order from you within the same month.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bridgestone Europe will be happy to replace any merchandise that has a manufacturing defect as we enforce a strict quality control in line with the approval procedure of Bridgestone Europe.

LARGE ORDERS

For large orders, please note it’s possible the delivery delay increases with 10 to 12 weeks according to the stocklevel.

DELIVERED MERCHANDISE ISSUE

If packages are received damaged or if the security tape has been damaged, replaced or tampered with, you may refuse the package or at least make the necessary remarks on the delivery note not to be liable for any missing items. If you have made the necessary remarks and have found some missing or damaged items, please inform us at bridgestoneshop@gemaco-group.com as soon as possible as we have to engage procedures within 5 working days of your acceptance signature.
